Profile
Martin Chen has a background in computer science and engineering at National Chengchi University. At the Organization of Power Lab, he works as a data scientist on early-stage data collection, filtering, and the preparation of structured research data.
His current lab assignments connect LLM-based named-entity recognition with research on inter-elite patronage and brokerage. His imported biography also describes volunteer service with a local fire department and a Hsinchu-area organization, but those details are omitted until the organization's name and preferred public wording are confirmed.
